The philosophy of the California Stock Market Simulation is that all students who participate in the Stock Market Simulation are winners as they learn to apply economic decision making skills to the world of economics and investing.
Because some teams enjoy viewing the simulation as a competition, we recognize teams with the largest portfolio values in the following way:
Members of the top three teams in each division will receive Amazon gift cards in the following amounts:
1st Place - $25
2nd Place - $20
3rd Place - $15
Each team will receive five gift cards. If your team has fewer than five students, please feel free to use the remaining gift cards to purchase something for your classroom.
Attention Please!
In order to qualify for prizes, your teams must comply with all the rules of the simulation! We ask that you read the rules that are included in this portfolio, and remind students to read them, understand them, and follow them.
We are pleased to announce the names of the top three teams in each division for the Fall 2011 simulation.
